One of my favorite summer desserts is Mixed Berry Pavlova. It’s a light and summery concoction of marshmallowy meringue, whipped cream, and lots of berries tossed with fresh raspberry sauce. It’s such a crowd-pleaser, and I love that I can make all the parts in advance and then assemble it just before serving. That’s my kind of dessert! Have a great weekend!
