I’m filming new episodes of Barefoot Contessa today and I just made these amazing fried chicken sandwiches inspired by Shake Shack’s Chicken Shack sandwich. The chicken is marinated in buttermilk and double-dipped in the coating mixture so that they’re extra crispy–It’s what’s for lunch!
